From the moment we walked in, the staff was cute and accommodating. They even provided complimentary refreshments for our birthday trip. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with attention to detail. The location was fantastic, close to the metro, ferry point, and airport. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The room was modern and comfortable, with excellent amenities like USB charging and great soundproofing. The shower was fantastic and the staff, especially Angela at the front desk, were very helpful. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the airport, train station, metro, and the old town. The breakfast pastries were delicious and we found two very nice restaurants nearby.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to the main sights. The service was excellent, from the room service to the staff giving us personal attention and excellent advice about the city. The facilities were also top-notch, with everything we needed like a mini-bar and air conditioning. We highly recommend this place.

There are two incredible restaurants nearby, where guests can indulge in delicious local cuisine. The rooms are modern and stylish, with amazing amenities like touch switches, a three-mode shower, and multiple lighting levels. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests with any needs. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day.
The language skills of some staff members could be improved.
